Small businesses are one of the cornerstones of a healthy neighborhood. Having a diverse set of business owners makes for a culturally rich environment that stimulates the senses and attracts and retains creative and vibrant residents.
Though the government doesn’t provide small business grants for women and minorities to start business, it does provide variety of support and consulting services to assist in the business startup phase and help business grow.
